historic renovation

Architectural design and construction support services were provided for a complete renovation and seismic upgrade of an existing three-story historic facility. The combined 1935 & 1942 buildings together house a fire station, industrial shops, multiple administrative tenants, and a modernized cafeteria that has been operational since the building's inception.
