BASE + is a Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) concept that provides clients with a unique and innovative method to design and build their own ADU. No BASE + ADUs are exactly the same which provides the toolkit to add program elements as needed, while still offering an affordable solution that can be altered to fit into a variety of communities.
