Base Camp Studios 2
Fathom Architecture provided pro-bono architectural design and permitting services for the art collective Base Camp Studios. The historic Bergman Luggage Building was converted into an art gallery on the lower level while the upper level was converted into art studios. Base Camp Studios hosts a variety of community-based arts and culture events and exhibits.
The intersection where Base Camp Studios 2 is located has become a Spark Block with support from Clise Properties, City of Seattle, Downtown Seattle Association, King County Metro, Sound Transit, and Urban Land Institute.
