Fathom Architecture designed multiple lobby renovation options for the historic Austin Bell Building located in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle.
The lobby functions as both a pass through area and meeting area for homeowners and tenants. Improvements include lighting fixtures, furniture, and finishes including refinished end grain wood flooing.
